CANCELLATIONS

Due to the increased number of people on our waiting list we request that at least 24 hours notice is given if you are unable to make your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer the treatment time to someone else who is waiting for an appointment.

Ways to contact us:-

We do have a 24 hour answering machine system in place for your convenience which is checked regularly.

We now can accept emails into the salon on info@aspirationshairandbeauty.co.uk

It is never pleasant for everyone concerned to ask for payment for missed appointments, so please ask at the time of booking if you think you will need to be reminded about your appointment and we will be happy to contact you the day prior to this if requested.

Charges will be made for non arrivals

DEPOSITS

It is salon policy that any treatment over 1 hour and 30 minutes or more that a small deposit is made to secure you’re booking. This is non refundable should you miss your appointment.

GIFT VOUCHERS

These are available for any amount or any treatments. Vouchers can be purchased over the phone by credit card if over 15.00 or at reception. All vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase or can be pre dated for special occasion gifts. Gift vouchers are non refundable and cannot be replaced if you lose them.

SALON ETIQUETTE

We ask that you arrive on time for your appointment so that you can enjoy the full time you spend with us without being rushed, and other clients are then not kept waiting for their appointment after you, because of late arrival. Aspirations may decline to do your treatment if you are too late for your appointment due to this.

MOBILE PHONES

Please switch off your mobile phone when entering our Beauty salon as it is a place of relaxation and we need to think about other clients who don’t want to be disturbed. If you need to be contacted urgently there is always someone in the main salon and near a main telephone who can pass on a message.

MEDICAL DETAILS

On your first visit to the Beauty salon you will be asked to complete a questionnaire, please remember to keep us informed of any changes in your health/medication or special requirements. This will ensure our medical client records are kept up to date. These are all kept strictly confidential and ensure you have the best possible treatment.

DATA PROTECTION ACT

All clients’ details are kept secure and are protected by data protection legislation. You will never be contacted by email or text message unless you have given us your prior consent to receive special promotions we may hold.

QUIET AREA

We have a private quiet room upstairs in our salon in which you can allow finger nails and toenails to dry or just relax after a treatment. This room is often used to just unwind so you don’t have to rush. Please don’t hesitate to ask if you don’t need to rush off after your relaxation service why not sit and further unwind.
